Still hanging in…
Well, I’m still hanging in. I’m staying on-point and drinking my water. I just haven’t been very active. I’ve been in pain since Tuesday evening, and it’s not letting up. I’m scared I’m gonna end up like I was in January again…I spent most of January in a wheelchair cuz the pain was sooo bad. And things were looking so good. I didn’t even use my cane from Friday through Tuesday…til Tuesday evening. THIS SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But I’m trying to take care of myself, not over-do it, and I’m taking my Ibuprophen. Maybe it’s just the cold, wet weather. I can hope anyway.
But I’m gonna stick to my diet. I have to. Maybe if I get some of this weight off, it will help with the pain.
Mary,?
?I have a suggestion that would help you continue.? Try having a beautiful one to size smaller outfit out where you can see it daily!? This helps me!?

Mary, I’m sorry you’re in so much pain!! I wish there was something I knew about dealing with such things….but I don’t!!
All I can wish for is a speedy recovery for you…
I think you’re on to something….I think once you start to lose weight, the pain will decrease.? One can only hope.
Good job on deciding to stick to the program regardless of your level of pain.? I think that’s very brave of you!
:Pain makes it hard but stick to your points It will help. Weight loss
helps with pain loss. I can’t believe that the 10 lbs I loss could make
such a difference in my knees’s!?
i am not sure why you have the pain? . But I use to be in such
pain but not I take MSN & glucosimine sulfate. It is all for joint
pain. I use to take pain reliever 2x a day and now I don’t take any!
Take care. Char.
I hope you’ll feel better soon! Maybe it’s not going to be as bad as in January. Stay strong and keep eating healthy - if you can stick to your diet now, when things are so bad, then you can do anything!!
